Registration Rule:
First come, first pay, first booked.
As rooms and luxury tents are very limited in number, we request all participants trying to register to first confirm availability on 9011164824, and then do the deposit only if available. For Rooms and Luxury tents is a pay in 5 days rule from the date of blocking, failing which it automatically goes to the next in line and first to pay.
Venue Lawns:
The Venue has a strict rule against any motorcycles or vehicles on their finely curated lawns/grass. Any riders vehicle found on any of the lawns will be imposed a fine of Rs. 5000/- on the spot by the resort management and the host club will have no interference in the matter. It’s their property, it’s their rule.
Arms Law:
It is strictly prohibited to carry any weapons such as hunting knives, swords or any guns/firearms to the event unless its a Swiss Army knife kit or a Kirpan [religious obligations]. Any individual r club violating this law will be asked to leave the event immediately, reported to the authorities and banned from participating in future Rider Manias.
